I’ve been absent for Shadow Shot Sunday for a few weeks. Preparing my Expression of Interest has preoccupied me and no lovely shadows had caught my eye. Since handing in my submission on Friday I have been spying shadows everywhere again! I even have a few up my sleeve in case of another shadowy dry spell.
This lovely shadow appeared on Friday evening, after a few glasses of red, to celebrate the handing in of my Expression of Interest,. The empty bottle cast this beautiful shadow most of the way across the table. To spy what else has been captured this week, by shadow chasers from across the globe, head on over the Hey Harriet.
What a great combo of color...talk about color splash...SWEET!
ReplyDeleteThe shadows flow from the bottle to glass. Much like any special occasion where wine is present - the couple who linger in conversation for a long time. So the long shadows are truly appropriate!
ReplyDeleteI love it, of course! What a terrific colored shadow! Aren't they fun? Hope you've had a good week and enjoy a great weekend, Kylie!

Now that's my kind of shadow - I hope you opened another bottle to see if it happened again!!

It's great how the room, the shapes, and, as others said, the colors were just all there to complement this shadow.

It just goes to show, a glass of wine can cure a dry spell and cast a lovely shadow.
ReplyDeleteSo, is the shadowy glass half empty or half full?! Sublime shot.
