  2. OK - sit down somewhere quiet, breathe slowly and deeply, in through the nose, out through the mouth. Imagine yourself in a tranquil place - perhaps relaxing in a hammock, lounging on a tropical beach .... are you starting to relax yet? Have a lovely weekend, love Anne
