Our not quite two year old Akita pup joined us on our recent camping trip. He loved exploring around the creek and lazing by the fire. I snapped our shadows on the rocky creek bank as we wandered and investigated.
Check out what the other shadow chasers have been snapping for Shadow Shot Sunday over at Hey Harriet’s….

This is a great puppy portrait!
ReplyDeleteThat is a good looking canine! The shape of his head, including the ears, shows a proud stance of a beautiful pet - and friend! He happily follows you, and is happy as he formed such a bond of love with his family. Loyalty abounds!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful dog! And they do make for great shadow shots! Sounds as though you have a fun time. Great shadow shot for the day, Kylie! Enjoy!

this is a great shot. I have been doing 'light' photos on the experimental art e-course, but haven't thought of suggesting shadows like this, it's a really nice idea.
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing . . . .

I would never get my dogs to stand still long enough for a shadow shot! Good work.
